Complete Home Renovations in the GTA & Niagara

One team for the whole project, from structure to final coat

Some projects are not one room. A full renovation touches structure, insulation, wiring, plumbing and finishes at once, and the difference between a good one and a painful one is almost always sequencing.

We take the whole project rather than a slice of it. That means one schedule, one person accountable, and no gaps between trades where a job sits still for three weeks waiting for someone to show up.

What's included

  • Structural renovations and load-bearing changes
  • Thermal and acoustic insulation upgrades
  • Opening up layouts - removing walls, widening passages
  • Kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms as part of one project
  • Flooring throughout, trim and carpentry
  • Full interior painting to finish

Common questions

Do you handle the whole project or just part of it?
The whole project. One team, one schedule, one person accountable. The most common reason a renovation drags on is the gap between trades - waiting three weeks for someone to show up. Taking the whole job removes those gaps.
Can you remove a wall to open up my layout?
Yes, and the first question is whether the wall is load-bearing. If it is, the opening needs a proper beam sized by an engineer and a building permit. We establish which case you are in before quoting, not after demolition starts.
Do you do insulation upgrades?
Yes, both thermal and acoustic. A renovation is the cheapest moment to improve insulation, because the walls are already open. Doing it later means opening them again.
