Kitchen Renovation in Toronto, the GTA & Niagara

Custom kitchens built around how you actually cook and gather

A kitchen renovation is the one that people live with every single day, and the one that pays back the most when it comes time to sell. It is also the one with the most moving parts: cabinetry, counters, plumbing, electrical, ventilation and flooring all have to land in the right order, or the project stalls.

We handle the whole thing with one team. You get one person to call, one schedule, and a finished kitchen at the end of it - not a sequence of trades you have to coordinate yourself.

What's included

Common questions

How long does a kitchen renovation take in Toronto?
Most kitchen renovations in the GTA take several weeks from demolition to final finish. The schedule is usually set by the cabinetry, which is made to order and has to arrive before counters can be templated and installed. We order long-lead items first so the site is not sitting idle waiting for a delivery.
Do I need a permit to renovate my kitchen in Toronto?
If you are replacing cabinets, counters and finishes in the same layout, you generally do not need a building permit. You do need one if you move or remove walls, change the structure, or alter plumbing and electrical beyond simple replacement. We tell you which case you are in at the estimate, before you commit to anything.
Can I stay in my home during a kitchen renovation?
Most clients do. The kitchen itself is out of use for the duration, so it helps to set up a temporary space with a microwave, kettle and fridge elsewhere in the house. We seal off the work area to control dust and clean the site at the end of each day.
Do you supply the cabinets and countertops, or do I?
Either way works. We can supply and install everything, or install materials you have already bought. If you are buying yourself, talk to us before you order - wrong sizes and missing hardware are the most common cause of a kitchen project stalling.
